    Flywheel hunt

What's up everybody, I'm new to this site. I have a 1991 mighty max with the 2.4 manual tranny and I got a damaged ring gear. I have been looking all over the internet and junkyards in my area and I cannot find a flywheel. I see alot of 89 flywheels online which appear to look alot like the 91 but it says it will not fit. Can someone point me in the right direction and btw the gears are beyond repair unless I weld and shave down some new ones again like the previous owner which I'm trying to avoid because it's to many. Which flywheels are compatible? Any feedback is appreciated

can't remember if the gear ring itself is the heat & press on type
if so, u may be able to swipe one from the more commonly available flywheels
i'm guessing yours is 7 bolt?

It will need to be a flywheel from a RWD 2.4. Maybe one from a 2.4 van will work as well. FWD 2.4's are narrow block so at a guess they aren't going to be compatible.

Well a 91 is a 6 bolt, you can get a Fidanza Aluminum one, very nice...It's the same one as the 2.6.

Just saw this on one of my old posts

Fidanza Aluminum 161261 Conquest flywheel. ~$300
