Also, check your transmission mount. It is likely pretty old and possibly cracked. For my 2nd gen truck it was only $15-ish. And it made a huge difference in eliminating vibration. Check RockAuto for prices.

It's time to re-torque the head.It has about 700 miles on it and its on its 3rd oil change.

Timing belt might be a good idea but I can't afford a tool like that. I'll check it though.
I'll also check the transfer mount and retorque the head.
