I got spark but no start

i finally got spark at the plugs today but it didn't start. i have never worked with injectors so how do I check for fuel at the injectors and/or remove them for cleaning. the pump does work as I tested it (well I heard it run when I powered it up) after i put in the new relay and turned the key on i could also hear it run several times. now it doesn't run with the key so i 'm hoping the line is pressured. what is my next step

I'm not getting any responses so I will re-ask in a clearer way. How can you test if you have fuel at the rail. Most systems have a valve like on a tire you can push on. do these engines have anything. is there a way to release the pressure besides running it out of gas, because mine won't start to do that.

i cut something like a 2L clear soda bottle(to act as a spray shield) and have a rag aroung the wrenches... then undo the main fuel feed line at the union. A quick blast of pressure should squirt
Did u squirt fuel into the throttle body, then try cranking ? ...engine should run momentarily
Did the truck sit, or did it quit running and wont start ?
