1980 Plymouth Airrow! Chopped, Dropped, and Bodydropped!

My old DFWminis thread has been long gone and I had a request for my building photos.

I will post up when I get time.. starting from when I picked up the truck.. to how she is now!! I will make a few side notes or stories along the way.

Thanks for checking out my Airrow!!

You need to give more of a timeline of when everything came along. Great pics though! What stage are you at now?
I live in Brazos county so if you go to a car show in Austin, or my direction, you should let me know. I'd like to see your truck and mods in person.

And I'm looking at how low the rocker sills are to the ground thinking "how the hell did he do it?". Damn . Serious...hours...of...labour (and some bloodshed in the process). What is your background? Are you a metal fabricator by trade (or a Jedi or something?) This kind of modification could easily go wrong in the hands of someone who doesn't know exactly what they're in for. Bravo

    Haha Jedi mini trucker!

I'm a Land Surveyor but I like to metal fabricate as a hobby. This is the first truck that I've done about 95% of all the work myself. She is still very rough but I'm hoping this year to finally finish the truck with full interior and paint.

I will continue posting more photos from my Photobucket from the Journey of me and my little Plymouth Arrow!!

You need to get the hot wheels version of the d-50 - it is a high-jacker, which lets you set the rear height of the truck like your real one.
