My idea is to switch to electronic injection with a programmable ecu (fueltech) to run the ignition and fuel management. So mechanical distributor will be no longer in the picture. Same as the carb.
4g63 dohc, turbo injection, thats the plan. I was checking some gearboxes via internet and the mounts of the 4g32 gear seems very similar to the one that i've seen it has been used in one of this swaps. Leave you thw link if you want to check

Which is the gearbox that is commonly used for this kind of swaps?

I don't know if this truck came out of factory here with a 4g63 engine. There aren't so many 1st gen L200 here neither.

All 4g63s here (that i could find recently are) sohc 8 and 16v. From galants, space wagons, or dohc from eclipses. And thats it.

Yes, we have hyundais and kias here but i don't know nothing about their motorizations. Thanks 4 the tip. Do you know in which car models i can find this heads?
