I'm new to the site but have been around these truck and cars for a long time. May need to lean on you guys for some help as I'm restoring my Dads Mighty Max shop truck. My first car was a used 1988 Mitsubishi Starion 5 speed. Paid $4500 for it in 1993 and really enjoyed it.
Hi and welcome to mightyram. If you know the nuts and bolts of this era of Mitsubishi, you are ahead of the game. The main hurdle will be sourcing parts but the members here either have access to spares or links to suppliers. Sometimes all it takes is a little lateral thinking and some background knowledge as the Mighty Max was sold globally under a number of different names. Got a story behind your dads' truck/pics?
Im digging up old pics now to help me put it back the way it was. I will take some shots of the truck under construction when I get a chance. Can you sell parts on here? I have a 91' MM donor truck that has a 2.4L engine I won't be needing. It only has 138K miles in it.
I also found a picture online of a MM with wheels I really like. They look to be OEM wheels from another make but I can't find a match. If I post the pic cold members help me identify them?
