Just have it resurfaced at a shop. You can put on a new ring gear if needed. But that is only needed if it's wasted.
Clutch kits you can get off of rock auto.com

There are a couple of different length clutch cables around and some members have had issues with adjustment. One possibility...

I wasn't prepared to go there. The last thing you want to see on your truck. It is normally obvious that it's happened though.

When I switched cabs I just cut out the clutch part off the fire wall and riveted the piece where the cable goes through to the new cab it works fine. Check the bracket on the bell housing and see if thats broke off. Them clutches don't have much peddle pressure even the new ones a guy puts in are light on working pressure it seems like even with no slave cylinder.

The spot on the firewall didn't break that was the first thing I checked when I pulled the old cable out. The bell housing hasn't broken either I still can't figure it out it's going back together tomorrow with a new clutch kit going in. So I guess I'll know tomorrow. They guy I bought it from said the clutch pressure plate had gone out on him 3 times he said it looked ok but it was bad.

I just dropped mine off for resurfacing and they are flipping my ring gear. I'm replacing the 4D55 with a 4D56 I'm hoping the flywheel and clutch will still work wing my KM132. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
