    Rear disk brakes ?

Is there any rear disk brake conversions out there that don't require heavy modifications ?

Oh okay cool didn't know that was a possibility. And will I need to get anything else or it should be a direct fit ?

There's always messing around with any swap. You'll need to factor in the hand brake cables as the ends are going to be different. IDK if there is any differences with the input pinion housing lengths or yokes. Any improvement worth while takes planning and modifications. And rear discs with an LSD is definitely worth it.
