Yes - you may have to rejet the weber to go with the cam, but most cams for the 2.6 are not that radical, so try the weber as is first. Dual carbs look cool, but getting and keeping them in tune can be a full time job, especially with today's ethanol fuels. The Mikuni intake may be warped, or it twists when everything is bolted in place, causing your leaks.
