Hey everyone im back and in need of help!!
Hey everyone its been a long time but im finally back, i have to get my max running again as my daily but my biggest issue is when it was checked out after the accident i was told the front subframe (what i can gather is its part 60004 in the attached picture) is bent and i cant find the piece anywhere, so i need to know if anyone has another i can buy and weld in or if need be a way to make it myself, any ideas would be greatly appreciated!! Post the year and model for folks who don;t already know.
Have you checked to see if it unbolts? And called wrecking yards?

It is welded on - not sure if a 1st gen is the same. 2wd and 4wd should be the same though for that. Look at this thread - he may be able to help you out: http://www.mightyram50.net/vbulletin...or-parts/page3

You will need to cut it off another truck and weld it on to your truck. They are welded on and doubt they are available anywhere.

Guys are making box channel and sub frame sections in house and they are generally stronger than the factory items they are being used to replace. Using off the shelf square tubing and steel plate will be the cheaper end of the part. If you know a guy who can weld and you have some idea on what is going into the process, a front brace like this should be a weekend job.

eBay has had a lot of nos frame parts for sale here lately.
