    4g64 vs 4g63 oil pan

I'm getting ready to drop my 4g64/63 into my 86 D50 4wd and it looks like I'm going to have oil pan clearance issues with the front differential if I use the stock Mighty Max 4g64 oil pan. I see there are aftermarket pans from Moroso and OBX that look like they will clear a lot better but they are for the 6 bolt 4g63. Does anyone know if they would fit on a 6 bolt wide block 4g64?

The pans will swap but you will probably need the pickup tube that matches the pan you use

Look for images of sump gaskets to make a comparison between the 4G63 and the 4G64. If the pan lip is identical there could possibly be a bolt pattern difference (nothing a drill can't fix) but I would make a bet that the 6 bolt sumps are interchangeable.
