Howdy!
So I just bought an '82 Power Ram and thought I would join up here. I'm going to use the truck as a daily driver, and hope to get out into some mountain roads. IMG_2705.jpg
I've only had it for a week, and it drives great! There's a light hum that sounds like the throwout bearing, and a squeaky/hard suspension. I'll need to find someone who will pass me for smog... been asking around. My immediate plans for fixing it up include:
•Replacing the throwout bearing.
•Replacing Suspension bushings and springs.
•Installing an Electric fan (I live in Southern California and summers get hot!).
•Replacing Alternator (looks worn).
•Replacing all worn rubber lines.
•New Water Pump.
(PS I've read the new owner post and plan to do all of the maintenance, these are just the things I know need it the most)
