Well the 2.4 head and associated manifolds will have all the sensors except for the o2 sensor in the tailpipe and the very important MAF between the airbox and throttlebody . The cam/crank position sensor is in the base of the distributor. as said you would need the ECU and wiring harness from a FI truck. The Fi trucks have a fuel pump in the tank and fuel pressure "I think" is 45psi. I don't think it will be that easy... I had a hard enough time converting my 2.4 FI to a (AEM) Eclipse 2.0 FI ECU, with a dual coil and NO distributor. but that is a different animal
