What turbo?

I want to make my truck faster and I've been thinking about getting a turbo for it. My engine is stock and I'm wondering how much boost they can handle reliably, what turbo kit to get or if I should upgrade other things instead. Pretty much where should I start? I already ordered an electric fan for the truck and plan on doing an exhaust upgrade what else should I do?

There isn't a Turbo "Kit" for your engine. you will have to build one one off.
