What's up all? My name is Richard. Planning on 4g swapping a 93 Dakota here shortly. Had a 98 gsx that was semi built by yours truly. Never done this truck swap thing though. Looks like its gonna be fun!

Hi and welcome to mightyram. Take a look at a number of site members' truck builds and you'll get inspired in no time. There are a heap of advantages to improving these trucks thanks to interchangeable parts out of the Mitsubishi stable. If you've got pics and plans - do share!

Ok, just so you know there isn't any info on here for Dakota's. Just specifically for mighty max's and their twin cousin the Dodge Ram 50. Also a little Montero info.

Oh I've got all the info I need to do the swap. So I guess I'll be the first one in here with a 4g63t swapped Dakota then haha. I'm pretty knowledgeable about the DSM motors too, so I'll help out with any questions about those that people may have.

Not too sure on weight yet as that is gonna change. But its going to be a street truck with enough go fast goodies for the strip :D

It's not about how it looks at the finish line but the journey you take to get there.
