    Balance shaft completely screwed up

I'm in the process of rebuilding a 4d55 to put in my '91 Ram 50, we've got to installing the balance shaft bearings. One of them will fit, the other one, the one below the injection pump, is so far wollered out that there is no chance. What I want to know is if there is an oversized bearing they make to fix it, or is there a sleeve kit to repair it, or will I have to do a balance shaft delete? Anyone have any idea?

You might want to ask a machine shop for the part. Also reach out to Mike Warme. He would know.

That's basically what we've decided to do. We are going to take it to our local machine shop and have a bushing made to go where the bearing would go to get the slot to the right size for the bearing.
