Angry Removing the intake/exhaust valve seat? G63b???

Currently rebuilding engine and have the head apart. One of the items that the DODGE mechanic shop manual suggests is the replacement of the Intake Valve Seat and the Exhaust Valve Seat when you overhaul the valves. Diagrams suggest that the Intake Valve Seat and Exhaust Valve Seat are not reusable. Saw them when ordering parts so I have the parts. Now the Biggie. How the hell do you get the old one's out without trashing the aluminum head?? Looks like they are a pressed fit into the block. HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS??

Good advice - but now for the bad news. The valve seats are heat shrunk into the head. So if you're going for the full head overhaul it will need to go through a shop. You'll have to do it anyway as the new valve seats will need to be cut to seal with the valves. Even if you choose not to have the new valve seats installed you'll have to get the original ones recut as part of a head recon.
