It will be a bit clearer than the old oil but what you're looking at there is what is left behind inside the engine after a regular oil change. Next time you check your level you'll notice the oil will still look fresh. I don't know if there's any advantage to performing a flush every change but I think going through the procedure every 2nd or 3rd oil change wouldn't hurt at all.
