Looks like that's the way we're going. Roll our own.

Looks like I'm going to have to bake one up myself. Only 1-off machine shop here wants $100 an hour and figures 2-3 hours to make the pump block off plate and one for the EGR. NOT paying anyone $2-300 for a couple of pieces of aluminum. Sucks.

...an offcut of 5mm alu sheet, a sharpie, a jigsaw and a power drill. Add a file and some wet and dry and shake for 30 minutes. Done. CNC'ing one out of billet would look nice and everything but just not worth the cost for a one off. A shop should be able make something like this in under an hour easily.

I used a couple these for blocking those holes. EGR and FUEL PUMP. They are on the wall at Autozone and Oriellys in there v8 chrome parts section. I just had to open bolt holes a little bit more to align the bolts to their install. There are 2 sizes, bring your old gasket or write the part number down I used.

Got one today off eBay and it's a perfect fit; not many left out there ... looked for weeks before seeing an image of this one and it looked close. Better than close :-)
