This is the door with the trim removed. You can see two of the trim clip in this picture. They have a U shaped channel that captures the trim panel.

This is the back of the trim panel with the edge rolled up so you can see another clip. The foam backing has rotted away. Some of it is still attached to the door sheet metal in the first picture.

This is the bare clip. The flat part on the left attaches to the door sheet metal, and the U shaped channel on the right holds the trim.
The idea is to gently pry the trim out of that U shaped groove. My advice would be to roll the window all the way down, and then gently start prying the trim upward, starting at the front of the door and working your way back. Try to use a wide bladed tool so you don't bend anything.
