First try adjusting the clutch cable. Just pop the hood on the firewall find the cable then pull it away from the firewall and turn the nut back to the firewall.
Unless it's super tight then it will be a clutch and TO bearing because it has warn down far enough that it has engaged the TO bearing and it has come to the end if it's life.
