All the sensor wires and light wires are ok but under the dashboard there's one yellow//white wire cutted... I dont know where's the other wire.... Anybody can help me?

Are you sure? I think the wire from the fuel level float is yellow. I don't think the fuel tank and the dome light would be connected.

Put a volt ohm meter on them. The tank wire will be a variable ground so the ohm will change from the reading you take and wright down to when you check it again in 2 days after driving it around. The light will have 12V all the time. The turd brake light will only have 12V when hitting the brake. Unless it's a ground style.

    bryan8118,
Your '88 has a third brake light ???
Looks like the extra wire may be part of a CARGO LIGHT option.
I do not see 3'rd brake light wiring in the diagrams posted.
Just guessing, as I have no idea what was done to the cab? --- "floor change "??

As far as I'm aware 89 and down, maybe even a few years newer also, never had a third brake light. Only a cargo light for the bed. Don't think these trucks got a third brake light until maybe 93?

The cargo and drug light were the same switch inside the cab on the dome light itself. (first gen) They just fall apart from the sun. There one of the hardest parts to find in good working order. I would just delete the brake light because if it had one, good luck finding one. But you can try these guys. http://www.msrecycling.com
