Does the 2.6 liter 4x4 tranny mount to the 2.0 liter? I have a spare 1982 2.6 tranny with transfer case.
the 2.6 5spd will not bolt up to the 2.0 motor- 2.6 is wide block, 2.0 is narrow block. However, ifthe auto 2.6 is 86 or older, it will bolt to the 2.0 block, as they are both narrow block
