    In case anyone is interested,
    Fix as follows.
    1) pull throttle body & idle control stepper motor.
    2) remove MAF
    3) remove decel dashpot.

    Clean, clean , scrub, clean & clean some more !!!
    No maintenance in 140k miles !!! what !!!
    Restore vehicle, set t/p to .44v at hot stabilized idle,
    run 4x techron treatments through fuel system
    (redline treatment-- 4 day wait & time constraints).
    Clear adaptive strategy, fresh untreated fuel & --- Money---
    Repair cost, $130.00 (less labor of course).
