    Reman versus repair....what do you suggest?

    It's going to be the same thing pretty much either way. If you send it in they are going to replace the caps and fix anything else that got damaged, and a reman has had the same thing done to it. I would pretty much go with whatever's cheaper, probably sending yours in since you are just doing parts and labor and not having to buy a whole other ecu that had parts and labor added to the price.
