Anyone recognize these rims? need help with Lug Nut selection.

They appear to be aftermarket, the guy I got them from had them on a 98 pathfinder. They are 15x7... I tried them on , and although from afar they look much better than the stock 14" I know I need to replace the 31x10.5's with 205/65/15 or 215/60/15's.

Additionally the stock lugnuts definitely won't work. I know I need to ensure that the rim is centered on the hub...I just don't know what I need to get for lugnuts.

I've only had the truck for a couple weeks....Done quite bit to get her running right, now just need to work on the cosmetics. The MM Has only been In Maine for about 5 years as prior to that it had been in Washington State. We definitely don't see too many of these around in the north east.
