Never seen them before, but as I am looking for a new header for my 4x4, I'd very much like to!

Never seen those before. Looking at them I'm maybe thinking custom/home made?

Also wanted to ID the head. Pennyman said

The early version 2.6 and g52b 2.0 heads can be determined by the bolt pattern by the thermostat housing. if both bolts at the front of the manifold are to the left of the manifold, then it is an early head. If one bolt is to the left, and the other is under the manifold - it is the later head. You can remove the jet valves and replace them with jet valve eliminators from Silver seal.
So is this a non-MCA jet head with the two bolts to the left of the housing? This is a narrowblock 2.6 from a truck if it makes a difference.

not sure on the header, and I can't tell from the picture whether it is 1 or 2 bolts there.
