These are the Numbers and Letters from the plate on the firewall.

Engine ENG 4G64
Trans/Axle R4AC1 3909
Colour R82 77H C23

Anyone help decipher this for me?

4g64, 2.4L inline 4, 8 valve EFI
R4AC1 4 speed auto(also known as a Chrysler A500?) with a 3.909 gears in the axle.
R82 being Red 82, "baja red" I think. The last two I don't know about

Thanks..I noticed when I bought a tranny filter today the screen said A500..
3.90 gear? Wow..I thought that was only in the 4x4 trucks.
I guess the truck is an SE.
Maybe the last bit it trim?
I have factory tax and clock..

Almost all 2wd were 3.909. 4x4 were 4.22 I believe and long bed/ext cab/auto has 3.545.

I think the last ones(one of them) is your interior color
