OK, I found one shroud but it's in New York (I'm in Bremerton, WA) and the junkyard wants $100 for it. No dice. I got a 3' x 3' aluminum panel at the local Home Depot. My son and I finally got the truck back from the shop and took some measurements. I am suspecting the radiator is an after-market, because it is secured on by angle-iron brackets. The mounting holes aren't threaded, just holes in some flanges hanging off the sides of the thing, so we'll just get some 5/8" bolts and nuts and call it good. My original idea to build the shroud as a pyramidal cone was also scuttled as the fan is off-center of the radiator (diagrams in the manuals confirm this), so we are going with simply boxing it out 1-1/4" and running a collar around some tabs cut and bent up from inside the main hole. I have worked up some CAD drawings if anybody is interested. This is a custom build, so I don't imagine they'll be all that useful, except as an example of what can be done. We got a cardboard mock-up done and confirm it fits pretty well, except for a corner we had to flatten because the bottom hose comes across that corner, and we don't want anything rubbing. We'll be doing the real thing tomorrow. I'll put up pictures if we have patience to take any
