    I am having trouble getting gm fuel level sender to work though , I read somewhere on here it works backwards . but it does not seem to work at all. Have to check again but appears to be only getting g 4 volts. Fuel gouge worked fine before???????? Any ideas

    If it works backwards, would that mean you'd have to change the polarity of the fuel gauge? Might be a bit tricky with the printed circuit board on the instrument panel...but do-able.
