    Clunk/knock when accelerating from stop

I have a clunk/knock that I feel in my feet when taking off from a stop. Is there a typical part that wears out, and causes this? I have not looked under my truck at all, since I bought the truck. Does the drive shaft have a center bearing? on 2wd reg cab, 2.0 5spd.

may be the tranny mount or u joint - don't think the short bed standard cab has a carrier bearing.
