This is a really simple piece that could be knocked up by any competent metal fab shop. And, really this shouldn't cost much to make either. I am considering having a roll bar/tie down bar made up for my truck - partially due to the damage I have seen the cabs take in a roll over. I might get a used one and have it cut down and modified to fit the truck unless it proves to be about the same to have one made up (there's a tow hitch and roll bar fabrication business not far from where I live) There was a home made thing on my truck that used security screen mesh across it (good for preventing anything in the tray from coming through and busting the rear glass) but it was super fugly and appeared to be made from an old iron single bed frame.
