    First Ram 50

Hi everybody, I decided to go with a mini truck instead of a full-size and one from this time period instead of something...newer, bigger, extended or double cab with all those bells and whistles. Kind of like a chopper it doesn't have anything that it doesn't need to make it go. I will however install a working radio. It's high mileage but the little motor doesn't use any oil. I will restore it to like new. I'll rebuild the front end give it a new gasket everywhere theirs a leak and treat it to new oils and coolant, breaks and then worn interior parts will be replaced, carpet, seat recovered etc. then on to the body.
Here's what she looked like the day I bought her, 1987.

Welcome, nice Sport package with the chrome rims and graphics. They sell replacement front bumper sheetmetal on eBay for not much. How's the interior? And what model is that flush mount tool chest? Been looking for one of those that doesn't go over the rail.

I have a bumper coming, I was surprised how cheap they were. I got that tool box at Lowes about ten years ago.

You may say that twice about the bumper when it shows up, lol. They always look pretty in the photos. If it's chrome check it out, probably from China and if you hit a bug on the freeway it will snap in half bounce off and bounce down the road. Juskiddin! Let us know how it is when you get it.
