If you do a leak down test you can determine if the problem with #3 is the valves or Rings/Pistons. Air in the intake/exhaust valves. Air from the oil breather, Rings/Pistons.
And My 4G64 8 Valve is a Interference motor. Evidenced by the broken #1 Exhaust Rocker
Of course I was running 14:1 Pistons also, the one on the left.
