    Barrett-Jackson and Mecum Auction Company do quite well on custom installs.
    granted these trucks aren't 57 Corvettes or 57 Belairs. Even my 1976 Cj-5
    Jeep is worth more today then the day I bought it new.
    Depreciation kind of doesn't count here, we're kind of like that guy on Gas Monkey buying up cars that could be. We've put thousands in them that we know we'll never get out of them.
    We do it because we like our trucks. Period.
    My point here is this. Protect your investment, what's yours, not theirs.

    Yes, there is and are insurance companies out there that do take your word for how much you think it's worth.
    That's all they do is hot rods and custom cars. Limited miles per year but for about twice the payment I make a month.
