Recently I pick up a 92 Mitsubishi Mighty Max ,with the 2.4l and automatic transmission, for $500. I bought it not running and trailered it to my shop to begin the build / get it running. I was told that the crank timing sprocket was worn out, keyway wore a notch, and it just needed a new gear and it was good to go. Well lets just say I found a little more than just that wrong.
