#1 thing...Do not over heat the truck...any sign of a strange hike in water temp, turn it off and roll to the side of the road fast. I use a 180 temp thermostat cause I am a paranoid owner.
Keep your timing belt checked, 60-80k miles and snap! They are cheap to replace.
Change muffler bearings if they start making exhaust sounds.
