...Aaaaaaaand look what I just scored. Untrashed blue cloth door cards that haven't been mauled with a Radio Shack speaker installation. Steam cleaning and some 303 Aerospace will make these look like new. I have spare blue window handles and latches.

I practically begged the guy to sell me the cloth cover for the automatic bench seat but he didn't want to go through the trouble. Oh well, so happy I got these! Been looking for a long while.

I also got an automatic steering column surround with cruise control stalk. Now I have to figure out how to retrofit cruise control...

I have been toying with the idea of harvesting a raider dash to put in mine. Anyone have any experience with that or know whether or not it would fit? Mine has factory AC, the dash clock, LSD, 4x4, and (destroyed) factory buckets. The clock and AC switch would be up for grabs if the raider dash could fit.

It would fit I think and wouldn't look out of place at all. The dimensions are very close. Be sure to get the Oh Shit handles on the A pillars, too. I posted a thread about dash swaps a while ago. One of the wood grain dashes from a newer Monty or a classic sheetmetal dash from an old land yatch is on my long long term to do list.

I had considered a dash swap into Geronimo with a conquest, but I gave it to a friend before I tried to out. The conquest dash may be a perfect match to a 2nd gen dash though...

Holy hippo spit. I just scored a complete blue Sport interior with the sheetmetal covers and everything. The guy who sold me the door panels casually asked if I wanted any of this old stuff before it got scrapped tomorrow. I couldn't believe my eyes. So lucky he asked, they're in great shape and it's Lapis Blue. This will clean up the look of the truck and enable me to sound deaden it without having to see the Dynamat. Got the belts, too. The cloth is dirty and faded but nothing P21S, steam and RIT dye can't fix. These are definitely rare!

This guy said he has factory power windows and locks on a 1 Ton. That looks like dealer installed switch to me or did Mitsubishi ship trucks with power packages?

can't tell by the pic - how far do the switches stick out from the door panels?

Pic is horrible but they look flush but the chrome accent on the switch looks too wide to match the chrome accents on the Sport interior. That was a legit factory option? Because it sort of looks like dealer installed JC Whitney. I'd love to see the window sticker from that truck.

As far as OEM options I think that roll bar called the "sport bar" is probably the rarest and most desirable/cool for a 4wd. I've only seen one in real life. The pop up sunroof comes up now and then but is rare too. Also some of the original 4WD side grafics/stripes are rare mainly because a lot of these have been painted at this point. The 4wd with automatic trans, pretty rare but not real popular.

I had a sport bar and grille guard on Geronimo when I bought him in 1980 - and he is 2wd. Gave both away years ago - may be still in the field of the friend I gave them to, but I highly doubt it.

Didn't realize cloth doors were a rarity. When my truck was stock, it had the factory sun roof on the sports cab, which has half gone and had a piece of plexy glass covering the roof, anyways it's got bucket seats, centerconsole with a cup holder then you open the centerconsole and open it a second time and 2 more cupholders spawn, it's an auto with a tach and all the fancy guages, has a digital clock in the dash, factory light/ roll bar in the back, foglights, skid plates, use to have a factory tubular rear bumper, but it rotted away, got storage things and speakers behind the seats, it has tan interior and the outside is painted black with a lower gold-ish color one the bottom, and has a gear ratio of 4.222!! Lol other then having wind up windows, I think mine was the top of the range model! It's a 88 "Dodge" Power Ram 50. I don't like calling it that, I call it what it is, a mitsubishi lol.

i think the most rarest option on these trucks is the jack assembly.

Heck I still got the bottle jack, believe it's orange and the other crap that works the tires winch, it's behind the seat where you lift the carpet up and got 2 hatches that lift up lol.

I also have the factory accessory rear window louver made of metal. Have never seen another. My other truck had the dealer accessory snow plow (although it led to the truck getting very rusty). I have both the Mopar factory bed roll bar and the one from Mitsubishi and the factory roll bar mounted lights with the covers. I got the Mitsu one from a guy who was renovating an old Mitsu dealership. It was in the attic and he thought it was for a Jeep. Got the spare tire mount from a guy a couple years back. Had a bunch of parts for sale. Emailed him about the spare carrier. He said"yea I got one, didn't think anyone would want it, it takes up so much room in the bed". I am going to mount the Mitsu later this year. It was made by House of Steel and was the same design as the Chevy S10 Baja and Nissan Desert Runner. Has the bed mounted spare tire carrier which is removable. I have the rear tube bumper, bought it when I got the truck new, it was dealer installed. It came from the factory with the cheap stamped tin one. Also have the Conquest stereo which again was an option.
