Im gonna say that yes it will bolt up but you have to use a mix match of parts for the clutch n flywheel. If I remember correctly. The g54 2.6 liter is a wide block just like the 4g64 2.4. The G63B 2.0L also comes in Narrow block, I have one- 6 bolt.
