welcome! brings back memories....i remember when mine looked like that (purchased 2 totalled in 1983). looks like you have a/c? must also be a different package with those mirrors. seats look professionally reupholstered. the 1st thing i did (could splurge on) was to add intermittent aftermarket wiper controller (from jc whitney - when they USED TO SELL all the cool gizmos & sent thick catalogs using the name Warshawsky) ....still works.

those "elephant ear" mirrors were optional on the sport, although I am not sure if they were black or stainless. Geronimo is also an 80 sport, but was black with the 4 color graphic like in the factory brochure. I put Tornado aftermarket mirrors on after one of the factory mirrors was surgically removed by a car wash. Be sure to change the drier before charging the system, as the dessicant in the old one is probably goo by now and will muck up the whole system. I will be putting the A/C back in after I put a new head gasket and cam on the 2.6 motor. Keep us posted on the work you do, and welcome to the forum - PS, I have owned Geronimo since new so I know the 80 sport truck inside and out. The seats in your truck are not original, but they look much more comfortable than the stock buckets.
