Hi All
I have a 89 ram 50 and need new lights bad.
Was wondering if either of these will work?
What would you suggest?
Thanks

Are the headlights sealed units in your truck? Just changing the H4 inserts can make a difference. I've been thinking about upgrading the sealed headlights on my L200, but not going down the HID/projector style aftermarket ones. Projectors and HID's annoy me when I'm on the receiving end of someone using them - last thing I want to do is be the type of guy I complain about...
I see what u mean they don't dim.
Mine are sealed ant suggestions?
These are the type I have .
Yep, those are sealed beam. I'm not sure if you'll need to use projector headlights in your truck (but meh, it's a personal choice thing...) but you will notice a worthwhile improvement by going up to semi-sealed headlights with H4 globes. They will straight up offer a better field of light projection, and if you blow a globe they are cheaper and easier to replace. Just be aware that there can be differences in how aftermarket H4 semi-sealed headlights fit and there can be some not-so-well made products out there.

get these or something like them and the throw away the shitty h4 they give u and buy some name brand h4 bulbs and you should be pretty happy.
Mine are 7x5 not 7x6
So are mine, but in headlights they size them wierd and it is called a 7x6 for some reason. Yes it is stupid.
And i got the link to that ad by searching mighty max headlights on ebay btw
I have the autopal euro code lights.http://www.ebay.com/itm/200mm-H6054-...-/330591764599
Probably need a higher amp alternator after replacing headlights to a more power sucking version huh? Not sure what those new headlamps pull for amps, but I sure noticed a brighter headlight when I replaced 45 amp alt to the 100 amp.
I also upgraded my alternator to a 100 amp couple years ago when my alternator went bad
