    Switching to EFI

    i have a 86 63b carburated.... what do i need to switch to efi??? or reffer me to threads... i tried looking couldnt find specifics

    I have not seen a finished project yet. People ask but all the time. There is no easy way of doing it so far. I would look into a system by Fast. They have one that might work.

    You need the 2.4 head, ECU, harness, intake manifold, and all related components. Might as well just buy a complete 2.4 and swap it. It's cheaper and doesn't require anything special to do.

    I thought folks were using the 2.4 galant heads and EFI units as a whole and if at all possible, grab the turbo hardware too.

    The 8V heads will bolt up just like the 2.4 MM heads will. The 16V heads will not bolt right up. Plugging some ports and such will be required. The manifolds don't match up either between the two.
