    How to remove plastic speaker cover

    i finally have to time to wire up my speakers but dont know how to take off the plastic cover... does it pop off or is there screws holding it???? please help

    The dash ones are actually metal with clips. Open the doors and pry them from the side until they pop off. Don't use the dash as leverage. It will most likely crack the dash.

    I replaced my metal clips with Velcro when I replaced my dash speakers as they were pretty tough to pop out.

    I also did the velcro trick as the metal clips were a p.i.t.a and always made the covers warp and dash get messed up.
