There is no horn relay on these trucks - it feeds off the wiper that rides on the back of the steering wheel. There is a fuse for it - make sure the contacts are tight on the ends of the fuse. If you need help with it, I am right here in Pittsburgh - I know way too much about these trucks for my own good. The radio is a single din setup - very easy to change.
