hf and sears sell bolt extractor kits that are sockets with teeth inside that will grip the head of the bolt so you can spin it out.

md701850 is the plug and mf660036. Less than $5 in parts but $10 in shipping. OEMMITSUBISHIparts.com Need anything else to make it worth while? Let me know and ill look up the numbers for you. Clips? Trim ? They still have plastic interior parts for 2nd gen trucks but they are going obsolete because people don't want to invest $22 ea for things like Windshield pillar moldings or $8 for Door opening moldings (On floor).

Them bumper part can be found cheap at about any place that sells D50 parts.
