    Driveshaft front yoke any ideas?

Any clue what would do this to the yoke on my 88 D50 2.6 KM145 truck? I found a replacement yoke but I looked at the T/C parts pic and don't see anything but a seal in the extension housing? Any ideas bushing? Seal?

are the u-joints & tranny mounts ok? were all of your mirrors vibrating at a high speed? do you have a lift kit that would enhance the u-joint angle & cause the yoke to be slightly pulled out of the tranny?

Did not run when I got it used the tranny over the winter before I swapped it out for another one. All stock just a work truck nothing fancy with lifts or bags or any mods to it. The new yoke fits snug nice and tight, I will pull the T/C tail housing and give that a look over.

There is a steel sleeve bearing In the tailshaft that will score the yoke if something gets in there. Its not shown in any manual, and not available as a replacement part, but you may be able to make one from exhaust tubing and an exhaust pipe spreader
