Something of interest from Down Under

Hi I thought that I would share this...I am on this Aussie based forum focusing of Mitsubishi Sigmas and Galants which of course have many parts in common with Mighty Max/Tritons...It is a guy in Sydney that runs a 70's Mitz Galant drag car and he has made a billet head for it...its pretty cool piece of engineering work. Would love one on my car just for the brag factor...

    Enjoy!

I'm going to guess A LOT. Billet chunk that big(x2) and all the machine and engineering work that went in to that is going to add up quickly

From what I understand he didn't do it for anyone else but himself....but that situation may change in the future if he got a lot of interest. It certainly is a great achievement...More Power to him! (excuse the pun)

With "titanium valves" and "beryllium seats," I'm guessing that the cost of these would be in the multiples of down payment on a new car territory.
