No factory tools, how to replace 4wd lower control arm bushings?

I need the back yard bubba way of pressing out the old 4wd lower control arm bushings and installing fresh.
Arms are on the bench, and the frame is stripped.
    Anybody got the magic?

Yeah, I tried kludging up a coil spring compressor with a deep impact socket but I failed the 3/8 steel bridge and had to recover it with the hydraulic press. Anybody willing to rent me the factory tools for a one time shot?

Put your new bushings in the frezzers
The bushing that is in the frame I left the cup in and just took out the rubber then cleaned the cup. The frozzen one goes right after it warms back up it just as tight as the old one was. that was my magic trick
