    Question on ZDDP Oil

So I've read that I should use a zddp additive or oil such as Brad-Penn from Napa. I just left Napa with some VR-1 10W30 as the guy said he's never heard of Brad-Penn. Is this the best oil for our trucks or should I find some ZDDP additive to add to this oil? Also picked up some seafoam to help clean everything. Oh and my local Napa had the VR-1 $6.19/quart on sale for $4.49 so I stocked up on 10quarts because that seems like a steal of a deal.

    Thanks all,
    Bacon/Jeremy

Odd that a NAPA store never heard of Brad-Penn, but they recently quit stocking it atmost stores, but there is one in Bridgeville, PA that does stock it because a friend of mine uses it at his garage. Eastwood has the ZDDP additive.

It did seem a little odd to me as well but I figured the Valvoline was alright as the guy said it had "that ZD stuff in it" lol. Thanks I'll check out Eastwood and get some ordered in a day or two.

Shell/Rotala still has it in it. Also Castrol 4 stroke motorcycle oil has it too. If you pick up a bottle of oil and on the small round symbol on the back it's "N" then it has the zink if it's "M" then it doesn't.
