    well heck...well this was short lived....

    Well i went and picked up my 86 ram 50 custom. I drove it from gravette Arkansas to tulsa ok. And the engine is knocking. The long it runs the louder it gets...

    Nice of your uncle to do that for you as well. Sometimes family isn't so helpful when money is in between. Well, I guess you need to start looking for another Ram50 huh?

    Pennyman most people that can't fix these trucks for $50 seem to scrap them. Pretty sad. That looks like a real clean truck.

    Mitch tell your uncle you'll take $1000 back he can keep the $500 for the scrap value and go out and find another engine or drop in a V-6/8 and have some fun.

    He found a rebuild kit on ebay i think. He's planning on rebuilding the engine.
